Afternoon Rob, The wheel must always be in fixed position to run, not swivel, it locks in a fixed position, it has a recommended max height for passengers of 38". The seat can recline and the stroller has a brake lever in the back. Hope that helps.

Product Review

This stroller has plenty of room for our twins to ride comfortably. It is very easy for me or my wife to push because of the adjustable handle. There is plenty of storage space under the seats for necessities, so we don't have to take a diaper bag in the store with us. It is a little bulky & it doesn't fit through every aisle at stores, but the pros of what it does offer make it worth the purchase.

Product Review

This stroller is beautiful and well made. I was a little nervous because it was so affordable but I love it. It is comfortable for my 2 year old as well as my 4 month old and really really easy to push and handle. It is not heavy and loads in the back of my Volvo wagon just fine. I would seriously recommend to anyone. There is no need to spend more.

Cheap seat material

I originally loved this stroller, but within a three months both seat backs were broken and could only be completely reclined. The material is very thin MDF board that snapped. IT is useless at this point as neither kid wants to lay down for the entire ride.

Great STroller

I have a two and half year old and a 6 week old. This stroller fits both kids great. My newborn can ride reclined all the way and my son, who is very tall, fits under the canopy. I'm not a runner, but for walking its great. We also live where the roads are ROUGH, and the shocks work great. It's not super easy to collapse, but i'm sure with practice it will get easier. Overall I am super happy with this product.
