Sauder Shoal Creek 6 Drawer Dresser

None of the doors will line up properly even after several adjustments. At least I have it in my closet so I am the only one that sees it.

A dent on the top, but we might have done that. Otherwise, I really like it and I think the quality is really very good.

Putting the dresser together was not very easy only because the instructions were terrible and not all pieces were labeled properly. After spending hours assembling it the drawers won't close all of the way and some of them are crooked. I would love to return it but my purchase is no longer eligible for return since I assembled it. I feel that I wasted my time and money on a poorly designed dresser. I wish I could have seen it in person because I wouldn't have bought it. I do not recommend this item even if you're looking for a good deal for something that looks nice. In person it looks cheap.

I purchased this piece and the matching five drawer chest. Put together the chest first by myself and took several hours, but this one went together in about two, with minimal help from a second pair of hands. It looks beautiful and the drawers are easy to adjust once you put them in the dresser (uses a phillips head), all drawers lined up perfectly. Obviously this isn't an 800 dollar solid wood dresser, but for the price I am very pleased.

The price of the furniture matches the quality. The dresser looks nice and does not appear cheap. I have had no issues

Purchased this along with the chest and two nightstands. We have only unboxed and assembled the dresser so far. My husband put this together in about 2-2.5 hours by himself. Assembly was not difficult, just time consuming. However, there is a solid feel to the pieces, and with more screws, braces and supports, it adds to the solid feel of the piece. DESIGN: This piece looks great! Smooth lines, solid feel and pulls add to the eye catching design and appeal. It's more of a brownblack that just black. PACKAGING This was the reason this received 4, rather than 5 stars (Could have been 3, if not for the quality of it combined with the price point). It comes packaged in a thin cardboard container, with reinforced cardboard edges. HOWEVER, the top piece, the most visible of the dresser, is packed FINISHED SIDE OUT, with no other protection than the flimsy cardboard packaging. We had two places where something scratchedpunctured the cardboard and cut RIGHT into the finish of the piece, ruining it. Had they placed another layer of cardboard, Styrofoam, or placed it unfinished side out, all would have been fine. To their credit, Wayfair was FANTASTIC when we called to report the damage. Overall, I would recommend this piece, just inspect it prior to opening. We didn't see the damage until it was 75 assembled.

The only thing is there is a an extra 5th leg (support leg) that broke off. The dresser is an extremely heavy piece of furniture and I am sure that is why the leg broke. I need to go to a hardware store to get a longer screw to help with the support leg and have my husband help me. Not that practicle because of how heavy it is. Great piece for the price. Finishes are good and solid. Because it is so heavy, I had to take pieces at a time upstair to where I wanted to set it up.

Love the look but the top came a bit damaged in 2 areas. I think it was due to how it was shipped.

Wonderful piece! No parts damaged in shipping and it is sturdy (heavy!) and beautiful once put together. Two issues we had: first, one of the top drawers doesn't slide very well, so we're working on adjusting that (all other drawers slide really well). Second, all of the screws, nails, and other pieces came in one big bag with no labels. Luckily, the packet of directions was good, but we spent at least 20 minutes just sorting out the screwsnailscams into separate piles. I've put together a lot of furniture and have never seen that before! Simply separating them and labeling them within the package would have made our lives easier. Otherwise, we love the dresser and will be using it as a changing tabledresser for our second baby.

This is a very nice dresser. Instructions are easy to follow....does take awhile to put together but was worth the time. A very beautiful product from saucer. Also a plus is that it's made in USA!!
