I think the quality of the Harbor View Computer Desk with Hutch is good and it seems to be well made. The assembly was easy too.

The quallity of this product is mediocre. The panels are all pressboard with laminants. Very lengthy assembly.

My husband and I can't stop walking into our office and saying how much we love this desk. It took a while to put together but my husband never complained. It's a great quality for the price. We LOVE this desk.

This is the perfect addition to my home. So beautiful looking. Takes time to put together, just follow the directions to a T and you will be just fine. I recommend this product highly!
looks good but really poor quality stuff

The materials are not that strong, can fall apart very quickly if not assembled properly. it is assembled top down on the floor so when you lift it upright it can fall apart. color is not the shown copper but black. for the price get real wood. this is all compressed sawdust. once you open this up it is very difficult to return plus they charge almost half the price for return.

I was nervous because others had said this desk was hard to put together and heavy. As far as the hard part, the directions were quite clear if you read them properly and double check your parts. I have so much fun putting things together; I wouldn't let my husband touch it and I had exactly the right amount of screws for every job. As far as the heavy part goes, if you purchase an 8-pack of easy glides for chairs that can be screwed to the bottom and you put 3 on each end and 2 in the middle, it's amazing how much they help. I was able to put it together and move it around by myself and I am 5'2". I am very happy with this desk; it is a beautiful addition to my home.
what is this thing from abilene, TX
After my husband and I finished putting this contraption together, we were going to carefully move it into the house. Upon the first hint of movement, this 'thing' fell to pieces! We were totally disappointed. However, we were glad that the computer and printer were not on the contraption to have a sad ending too. The 'thing' ended up in a pile of rubble to be burned at a later date.
