Nothing remarkable to day
Jenn from Summerville, SC– Verified Buyer
As described, quickly shipped. Solid furniture that has more of a "wash" effect than it shows in the picture. I'm happy with my purchase. It is stable and well made enough to have withstood my teenager for the last 6 months!

It was difficult to put together but looks great when finished.

We are using this with 2 other pieces from the same collection and have attached them to the wall as a permanent bookcase in a sitting room in the house. The depth of the shelves is fabulous for storing everything from books to baskets filled with memories, and more.

This bookcase is very sturdy. It took me about two hours to put together. But I also had 3 children running around, so it might take someone else less time! The creamy/varnished finish is just my style and very professional looking. Everything went together smoothly. My only problem was that the front molding gapped a bit, but I am no professional, so perhaps someone with more skill would not have this issue. Love the peice and would buy it again!
A little peachy

This bookshelf is great for the price. Looks great and assembles rather easily. However, there is a definite peach tint to it.

This sat on my living room floor for over a week. All of the pieces looked overwhelming and I thought maybe I bit off more than I could chew. But once I got started, it was very simple. Great directions and they give you extra hardware (hopefully) :-). Now I'm going to paint the inside a peacock blue!
Sturdy and strong

This bookshelf is very heavy. You will need some help with assembly-the first bookshelf was a little tricky, but putting the second one together was a breeze. It is not white white-it is a tan/peach color. I read reviews on this before purchasing and knew that we liked the style and were going to paint. Def better than cheap looking bookshelves at other stores. We are going to be purchasing the Harbor View bookcases with doors. Only 4 stars because the photo shows white and not the actual color. Great buy!

Perfect color that matched our daughters other antique white furniture perfectly.

I bought two of these to replace my old dark vinyl-covered particle board college bookshelves! :) Wow, what a difference! I don't know why I didn't replace them years ago. Love the change to the antique white finish . . . really brightens up a room. The deepness of the shelves is wonderful, as I'm a scrapbooker with several 12x12 albums to display. Perfect!
