We also bought the matching media stand and placed a bookcase on each side. The set looks nice and seems relatively sturdy, considering it is RTA furniture. Only real complaint is the bookcase side doesn't line up quite right at the top right corner and leaves a small gap. This appears to be something to do with the cut of the pieces, as both bookcases had the same issue. Otherwise, it's just what we wanted as a temporary media center solution.

Once the shelf is put together it looks nice, however its very flimsy and unstable. Was disappointed with the quality of the product. Looks good though, as long as you touch with care.

This bookshelf made a great addition to my living room, where I am using all black accent furniture. I love that the lower portion has doors on it. only downside to this product is that whn putting it together if you don't make sure that the edges match up then you will see a little of the raw edges. Advice for this is us a black marker it worked and matched on my. Would buy another if ever need in the future.
