Product Review It arrived in a reasonable time, however I noticed some parts were scratched & there were a few small dents; I decided to look past it and started assembling it with my husband. We got through to the 2nd step when we noticed that parts & screws DO NOT fit in any of the holes. We followed the step by step assembly instructions and it did NOT work. Screws does NOT line up correctly and they will not tighten into its respective holes. I contacted Customer service already - if they don't send me a replacement I will demand a refund. For [$], it is NOT worth it. Service Review Deliver was prompt, but we noticed that it had a few scratches and dents. not sure if that was from the shipping or if it was already like that. Demaster from Union City, CA	5.0 6/17/2011 Outstanding product I purchased this product, and I received it in 2 days. That's a great start. I built it with my 6 year old son. Very easy to assemble. All the parts were there, and the instructions were very clear. Once set up, I realized, the pictures don't do it justice. The shelves are made of smoked glass, and very high quality. DAL from Palm Coast, FL	5.0 6/17/2011 Excellent Audio Pier I needed a audio stand with shelves deep enough to accommodate a Sony 300 disk CD changer which is very lagre. Other Sony components fit nicely and look sharp with the black tempered glass and silver and black metal finish. Cords are hidden nicely through the rear cut-outs. The top shelf is sturdy enough to hold a large Crosley phono/cd burner at just the right height. Assembly is easy. The audio pier is an attractive piece in our media and game room. Was this helpful?
