I used the Resto Mini Sauce Pots to make Mac & Cheese as soon as they arrived. I was more than surprised how well it turned out. Each pan holds just enough for one person. My next project will be to make desserts in them, and see how my sisters and brother like them when they come to dinner. These little pans are what I have been looking for for years. Now I am one happy camper. And WayFair delivered them quickly and well packed.

This even if your kitchen, like ours, is in (very gradual) transition from traditional to modern and will likely be a hybrid.
Pawson pots are as much decorative accessories as they are cooking utensils. They are simply the most solid and stable on the market and conduct heat brilliantly. Moderate to low heat and fast prep. If you haven't had a love affair with Belgian cookware for decades, this, from the House of Demeyere, makes a grand introduction. Next up: Un tour gastronomique de Bruxelles.
A special cleaner *is* available stateside, and a plastic scrubber is best for stubborn residue.

I already own several pieces of Demeyere Atlantis cookware, but was missing a smaller size sauce pan. The 2.1-Quart saucier fits the bill perfectly.
