I use this pan to cook many skillet meals. Since I need to cook for seven people, this pan can fit all ingredients and still have room for stirring and no boil over problems. The cleanup is easy and while it is labeled dishwasher safe, I prefer to simply wipe out the pan with warm soap and water and put away. I have a cooktop which is why I chose the Infinite collection since it has a flat piece on the bottom of each pan. It works very well with cooktops and I absolutely love how evenly foods cook. The main drawback with this piece (and other Infinite pieces) is how heavy the pans are so those who have trouble lifting may have an issue with these pans. The other drawback are the round, smooth disks inside the pan where the handle is fastened to the pan; food gets trapped around these disks and are difficult to clean. This is a dream set that makes you excited to use. They give a even heating surface, non stick surface.Because of the non stick surface you use less oil & have healthier results. And super easy to clean. The color is an added bonus because some induction pots and pans discolor with use, but with the dark exterior color of this set they will always look new. Perfect when entertaining and the quest have to go through the kitchen. Every one who has seen these have fallen in love with them.
