Cook on steel not plastic "non-stick" stuff... These pans will last a life time... I only wish an American company would make something like this... I use this pan to cook many skillet meals. Since I need to cook for seven people, this pan can fit all ingredients and still have room for stirring and no boil over problems. The cleanup is easy and while it is labeled dishwasher safe, I prefer to simply wipe out the pan with warm soap and water and put away. I have a cooktop which is why I chose the Infinite collection since it has a flat piece on the bottom of each pan. It works very well with cooktops and I absolutely love how evenly foods cook. The main drawback with this piece (and other Infinite pieces) is how heavy the pans are so those who have trouble lifting may have an issue with these pans. The other drawback are the round, smooth disks inside the pan where the handle is fastened to the pan; food gets trapped around these disks and are difficult to clean. I love this pan! Nothing sticks to it and it is SOO easy to clean. I love that my dishwasher is no longer overfull of pans as handwashing is so quick! This pan is larger than any of my frying pans, and deeper too. I had hoped it would be a little bit deeper though as it is not very much deeper than a frying pan (only slightly). It comes with a lid though which is a huge plus for a frying pan size/shaped dish. I also like that it has 2 handles which is much easier for my to lift with. The handles rubbery covers though aren't very big and beyond the covers the handles are hot."..."  Read more
