I like this pan. It heats evenly and quickly and it is easy to clean. It is well built and looks great. I also have an older Calphalon anodized aluminum saute pan. This is a dream set that makes you excited to use. They give a even heating surface, non stick surface.Because of the non stick surface you use less oil & have healthier results. And super easy to clean. The color is an added bonus because some induction pots and pans discolor with use, but with the dark exterior color of this set they will always look new. Perfect when entertaining and the quest have to go through the kitchen. Every one who has seen these have fallen in love with them.
