Features of Extension Pipe:

Installing the macerator unit behind a wall is made easy by using a proprietary extension pipe
This extension pipe is used with Saniplus and Sanibest products
The extension pipe is 16" in length and one side is pushed onto the spigot of the toilet and the other side, slips inside the macerator connection
When using the extension pipe, the toilet bowl should be raised 0.375" for additional gravity flow toward the macerator box

Features of Sanialarm for Macerating Water System:

The Sanialarm has a level pressure switch that triggers an alarm fixed on the top of the unit if the volume of water exceeds the maximum allowed level
The alarm emits a continuous 80 dB warning sound until it is switched off or the problem is rectified
The Sanialarm is battery operated and can be installed on most models in the Saniflo range, including Saniplus and Sanivite pumps
It has been designed to be installed on new or existing Saniflo installations as it is quickly fitted onto the lid of the Saniflo unit
Electrical supply: 2 x 1, 5 V
Sanialarm comes with a two year warranty, provided it has been installed and maintained in compliance with SANIALARM_US manual.

Works well and easy to install

I had some reservations on this because there weren't a ton of reviews. However, if installed properly the system works extremely well. The bowl itself is very high quality but take note that it does not have an actual seat included. Would have given 5 stars but the macerator is very loud. Just don't flush this thing at night when there are other people sleeping nearby.
