expensive wall ornament!

Nice appliance, but don't expect it to work. I purchased and installed just before Christmas and it was not working by New Years. took service tech a week to get out and another week to get parts and back out. It worked a few weeks and is dead again. Same deal, took a tech a week to come out and now he says a week to ten days for a fuse. samsung says there must be three completed service calls and a need for further service before they will consider replacement or refund. Unit has NOT worked more than it HAS worked! BUYER BEWARE on this microwave!
