Samsonite 19" Wheeled Backpack

My son doesn't use his locker at school. He carries all of his books in this bag. It is a tight fit and makes the bag ridiculously heavy, but this backpack is holding strong! We went through several bags that lasted no more than two weeks each until we found this one. Hopefully this bag will go the distance. It has held up perfectly after a month. I don't see any seams ripping or unusual wear on the floor of the bag as we did with the others. This is a worthy investment.

Although this is what I wanted and I am thankful to the salesperson who spent an hour with me on the phone helping me find it in the color (purple - we need more purple options!) I wanted - in the end my 15 laptop does not fit in the computer pocket. I kept it anyway because I was tired of looking. But buyer beware probably no more than a 14 laptop fits in.

So far it is working just fine. I did not realize that 19 is really not as tall as I needed, but that is not Samsonites or Wayfairs fault, so I am making it work. I DO love all the compartments -- as a teacher, it makes keeping papers and other things organized so much easier.

I'm a university professor, and I can't carry all of my necessary books and files in a shoulder bag anymore due to back problems. This backpack holds everything I need and then some. It's easy to roll across campus -- though some day I'd love to see "spin wheels" on a backpack like this so that you could roll it along side you rather than pulling it behind you.

The best features of the backpack are the handle and wheels. Both are strong and make it easy to pull around. There are so many little pockets to store everything, that you will have more pockets than "stuff". Clothes have to be folded very carefully if you use it this way, but it does work. I love the backpack. It's exactly what I wanted.
