Great salt and pepper shaker. Bought mine in "Marigold". The seal is small, turquoise, and wreathed, and looks like a wee design, rather than logo. Not a bad thing. I gave the set four stars instead of five because they were smaller than I anticipated (though still a good size) (my fault for not measuring, and, as such, perhaps they rate five stars, anyway). The finish is glazed, and slightly darker on the rims. Cute one-eared handle. European good-looks and understated, casual refinement. Plus, they shake well."..."  Read more

The salt and pepper mills are great. They are easy to set up, fill up and enjoyable to use. They look nice in the kitchen or on the table. Of course the light is a nice touch also. I've owned lighted pepper mill in the past and it was constantly needing new batteries and was not as user friendly as this set,.
