Salt & Pepper Shakers & Mills

Not only did I love it myself, but I also bought two more as Christmas presents. Combining salt and pepper grinders into one handy, easy-to-use grinder was brilliant! And it's lovely being able to dial the coarseness of either salt or pepper. Once I get the family used to turning the dial, I'll get rid of all those other salt and pepper shakers/grinders cluttering my kitchen table. I love these little Salt and Pepper shakers. They were a splurge for my new apartment, and I can't wait for my first dinner party to show them off. Great salt and pepper shaker. Bought mine in "Marigold". The seal is small, turquoise, and wreathed, and looks like a wee design, rather than logo. Not a bad thing. I gave the set four stars instead of five because they were smaller than I anticipated (though still a good size) (my fault for not measuring, and, as such, perhaps they rate five stars, anyway). The finish is glazed, and slightly darker on the rims. Cute one-eared handle. European good-looks and understated, casual refinement. Plus, they shake well."..."  Read more

This salt a pepper mill set is attractive, well made and functions well. The only problematic design feature are the rubber caps on the bottom. I understand that they solve the usual problem of salt and pepper ending-up on the counter. But, they are difficult to get back on after use and the mills cannot sit properly without them."..."  Read more
