The Martha Stewart Kimono Collection
Chestnut flowers and ivy vines scattered across an exquisite Noh theater costume inspired Kimono, a stylized cut-pile design that suggests the floral patterning of Arts & Crafts period rugs. For Kimono, vegetable-dyed, hand-carded wool is hand-knotted in India to create an Oushak weave with the same highly abrashed effect found in antique rugs. The delicate but minimalist pattern placement of this graceful design will enhance both traditional and contemporary homes.
