Bought 8x10 size. Rug looks exotic and interesting from a distance, but on closer inspection the individual leather pieces are rather nasty. This is obviously a collection of the cheapest leather scraps from a leather goods factory. Some have very odd shapes, some have stains and writing in ink, many are brown, twisted and cord-like. Seems like the factory floor was swept up and fashioned into this rug. Have to wonder about cleanliness. You definitely get what you pay for with this rug.

Cool rug, but you can only clean it by shaking it out...not always easy...

Color was too brownish. Still has a smell. Does not work with the area - still searching for a place to use it.
Disappointed in Quality

I ordered this rug for our new home to be used in front of a chair and side table. I was disappointed in the color. It was not white, but more grey. I found that everyone walked around the rug to get to the chair because this rug actually hurt your feet to walk on it. The pieces of leather were always falling off the rug. I came home one day decided to just throw it in the trash so that I didn't have to deal with the return.

looks great under my coffee table, but not recommended for high traffic areas. More grey looking than white. Still love it. We get compliments on the rug all the time.
Not so great

I was really excited about this rug until I received it. It just looks like shredded newspaper and the scraps used to make the rug have yellow paper on the back or red marker on some pieces. I've replaced slippers andor bare feet with flip flops because its so uncomfortable to walk on. I only kept it to avoid the hassle of rolling up the heavy monstrosity and carrying it to my car to ship back.

Not quite as soft as I was expecting but still looks good
Fun, silly rug.

I wanted a rug that wouldn't take itself seriously, and was an unexpected item in an all white room - except for the wooden floor- and this perfectly fits the bill. It isn't white, rather more greys and beiges, with only a very few pieces of white, but it still works in the room.
