I tried to do my homework before I used it hoping it was the right thing for me. It was quite powerful so I only used it 2 days hoping a short rest would be best. I'll be able to give it a better rating after using it again. I used it for 10 mins. twice a day. It sure felt good but I'll check with my doctor and see how she feels about it.

Better than the machine I had for years. The light area is larger, but the foot pressure point area could be improoved and better adapted to the feet.

This leg, foot machine is one of the best I've used. Unlike a stand up model (which broke after one year) one can relax in front of the TV while using, as it is very portable. My legs and feet felt better immediately, and even the coloring in my toes has improved! The price is great compared to other stand up models, and I would recommend this product to anyone who suffers from aches or poor circulation in feet and legs.I use it almost daily, and it is relaxing and beneficial to my lower circulation!On tile or wood floors, a rubber mat beneath the machine helps to keep it from moving while in use.

I LOVE this massager. In fact, I feel it saved my quality of life! My doctor said I had plantar fascia, but I knew different. I think my problem was arthritis affecting the bottoms of my feet, crippling me to the point I could not walk without a cane or assistance, and I was only 50! I found this massager and purchased it, hoping to help relieve the pain, and after 3 months of use, the pain disappeared completely, after more than 10 years of suffering!!! I can't say enough about this little miracle of a massager.

I am diabetic and am hoping that this helps increase circulation in the feet. I use it after my morning workouts and it feels good.
