Unappealing and weak

What a clunker! Looks like one and works like one. Has a really odd shaped body that just looks awkward. The cooling power was unimpressive and it was considerably loud. Too loud to have in the same room if you are on the phone. Not a very good product.

Equipment was delivered as scheduled and is functioning as expected. Customer service through the purchase process was good. Initial product ordered was no longer available, but I received prompt notification the same day along with a suggested replacement. Overall evaluation of service good.
