SPRI Ankle & Wrist Single Line Weight- 10 lbs
Who made these weights?

I bought these weights because my Physical Therapist wanted me to start with 2 pounds and work up to 10 pounds to strengthen the muscles around a knee injury. I used what was supposed to be 2 pounds .... they felt a little heavy, but I didn't think much of it at the time. Afterwards, my knee started REALLY hurting. When my husband came home, he weighed them ..... they were 2.2 pounds each, so I was lifting 4.4 pounds ..... too much, too fast for an injury. These were mislabeled, no doubt from a place that thought kilos and pounds were the same. It says I can't return them because they had been returned once already, probably for the same reason. It's taken my close to 2 weeks to get back to where I was. Wouldn't recommend these!

Use these as hand weights. The velcro not strong enough to hold in the metal bars. Had to use ductape.
