The SOSS 218IC Invisible Closer hinge is completely concealed when the door is closed. No part of the hinge or closer mechanism can be seen from either side of the door. The rate of closure is fully adjustable after installation. One closer hinge is required for every 55 lbs. of door weight or portion thereof. SOSS Invisible Closer Hinges cannot be used with other types of hinges in the same application.

I have this hinge installed, but it's not working properly, so I may have to return it. It just doesn't seem to keep the door flush closed. It does spring it back and close, but it springs right back open. The idea of how it works is great, but this one's just not working for me.. Ivan. Norch Carolina. Tue Nov 01 2016
