Holes for legs ( made in TAIWAN) were not pre drilled so made for harder assembly. Pillows hard lots of extra hanging threads. Cushions were not reversible. Nice looking but quality is poor

Just received our Rose Hill Peterson Sectional with the related Cocktail Ottoman: Sitting comfortably in it, and seeing it 'live' in our 'Family Room' after the wonderful gentlemen nicely completed setting it up, clearly reveals that we made the ABSOLUTE BEST CHOICE in buying this set! It looks more 'Regal' and yet so comfortable than we remember; and the fact that it is a Quality American made product is just GRAVY: We hope to enjoy it for years to come!!

The only other thing that surpasses the product excellence is the FANTASTIC Customer Experience in dealing with CSNSofas/Wayfair folks: Being able to receive the ULTIMATE level of Support and Customer Service while also Saving $$$ by buying from these guys is simply like Winning a Lottery! Keep up the SUPER Job Wayfair!! As for the Delivery experience; when a Company gives you a 4-hour window, and completes delivering your furniture within the first hour of the window, you know someone is indeed on top of things! The Gentlemen were very courteous, professional and took their time to install the furniture and cleaned up nicely before leaving our home. GREAT Job Guys!
