As it turned out and this is a plus. The colors are exactly as they appear online however most of my decor is more vivid. The good thing about the divider is the dual function which was not even mentioned. I use the reverse side facing out. It is black and I was able to create a mural using white and colored chalk. This is really cool. And I also have the original painted side should I use this item in another home, which someday I will. It couldn't have worked out better. I didn't have to spray the back with a blackboard paint but you could I guess but it wasn't necessary. I don't know if the manufacturer even realizes this use exists. Doesn't matter I'm happy."..."
