This Heys Crown XX CR703 is a superb rolling file cabinet.Pros:1.) I take this case to meetings and I am superbly organized.2.) Accordion opening makes files extremely easy to access.3.) Construction -- Carbon Fiber -- is not just current fad, it is amazingly resilient.4.) Not so important to me, but -- this case invokes, "Wow! Where did you get it?"5.) This Crown XX can be carried-on any airline.Cons - Discoveries about its uses:1.) This Crown XX will not fit under an airline seat.2.) This Crown XX will not accommodate a large (17" screen) laptop.3.) If you want substantially the same case that *will* fit under an airline seat, please see Heys USA 4WD CompuEZ Spinner Business/Laptop Case SKU #: UJ1442. I also bought this UJ1442,and my wife loves it.4.) If you have a 17" laptop that you want to take on an airline, I can highly recommend the Case Logic 17" Security Friendly Laptop Roller SKU #: UJ1442 (which I also own.)Recommendations (somewhat redundant):1.) Buy this case for a rolling office file cabinet -- or for a 15" laptop -- that you do not wish to fit under an airline seat.2.) Buy the Heys USA 4WD CompuEZ Spinner Business/Laptop Case D222 to take a (smaller) laptop as a Carry-On (on an airline) that fits under the seat. (Please be careful to measure your laptop fit in this case -- or in any case.)Final:1.) Buy from Wayfair. I am not a paid endorser. I am a shopper. My criteria in looking for a rolling laptop case for my 17" Macbook Pro was 1) it had to be as light as possible, 2) it had to have a strap that fit over the handle of a suitcase, 3) it had to fit easily in the aisle of a plane and go under the seat, 4) it had to look professional, so a wheeled backpack wouldn't do. It's a given that it has to wheel easily and be well made and have good padding. This fit all my criteria. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was that I wanted a case that was just large enough to hold the laptop and a few attachments and have wheels and a handle. I didn't want extra space (and weight) for clothing, but I could not find a case with wheels like that. I actually ended up having to use the extra space for clothing though so it worked out on my last trip. If you don't have clothing and you want to use the large clothing compartment for other electric gadgets, it would be nice to have pockets in it so things don't fly around My other wish is that it would come in some color besides black! A problem that I had was that when I put it over the handle of my 25" suitcase, the handle of the suitcase wasn't long enough, and I couldn't get my hand in between the top of the laptop and suitcase handle. I actually bought a new 25" suitcase (I wanted a spinner anyway) that had a long enough handle. I had to take the laptop case to a store and try it on the handles of all the bags to see which ones had a long enough handle. This case is well made, it has good padding and wheels easily and the zippers are good. I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars because it didn't have any pockets in the large compartment and didn't have a choice of colors."..."  Read more

Let me begin this by saying that I have not been compensated in any way for this review. I buy Briggs and Riley with my own money because I believe in it and nearly every day I swear BY it, not AT it. This is my 11th Briggs and Riley bag. I have traveled to hell and back several times and Briggs and Riley has never let me down. This bag is a materpiece of efficiency. The front compartment has a lot of pockets to fit everything from pens to calculators and everything shows great attention to detail and fine workmanship. It is expandable. The pockets are all roomy, the zippers high quality, and the overall fit and finish top notch. The laptop fits into a separate sleeve that is tethered to the bag. At a TSA checkpoint, you slide the laptop out but it stays attached to the bag. After they look at it, just slide it back in, very simple. It has a piece on the back that allows it to lock onto the handle of a bigger rolling bag, and it comes with a great shoulder strap. Of all the laptop bags I've seen, this is the best thought out and best constructed bag out there. Two things that bear mention. First, I have an HP 17.3 inch computer, not a 17 inch. I read on another website that my laptop would not fit this bag, and at first, I believed it. But I wanted to find out so I went to a retailer and tried it out. It fit perfectly. There was no stress on seams, no forcing, it was a perfect fit. Second, the reason I have 11 Briggs bags is that I use them and once in a great while they get damaged. I once had an 8 year-old Briggs garment bag totally destroyed by an airline. The bag was so mangled that everything in it was dumped into two of those big tubs and the pieces of the bag ino a third tub. I sent the pieces to Briggs and in a week, I had a new bag. Other times, it has been a wheel, or a zipper or a handle, and every stinkin' time it has been fixed at no cost and returned to me with a smile. No BS, no hassles, no "yeah, but...". They just honor their warranty. I read about other bag's "Limited Lifetime Warrenty" and the forums are filled with stories of how that manufacturer didn't honor it because of something in the fine print. Briggs honors their warranty. In short, it is a great bag made by a great company. You'll never go wrong with Briggs and Riley. SMALL UPDATE: I just flew from Oakland to Las Vegas and back. In total, six people asked me how I liked the above bag, including one TSA supervisor. Inside the bag, I carried two laptops, a 15.4" and a 17.3" plus all cables and chargers, two changes of clothes, some files, a calculator, an ereader, and some other stuff. This bag is just big enough for my 14 x 10.5 x 1.5 laptop and the laptop sleeve is very well padded. I love the color (pale teal - easy to spot if I check it through to baggage claim) and the wheels have great action. It has two inner compartments, one of which opens flat so I can pack it with clothes for overnight trips. It's got plenty of dividers for files, books, shoes or whatever. As a carry-on, it's a little wide to wheel straight down an airplane aisle, but it has two sturdy handles that velcro together so I don't have any trouble lugging it off the plane or other short distances (I am not big or strong!) This is a great bag compared to other wheeled laptop cases at the same price."..."  Read more
