Riverstone Industries Corporation Monticello 8 x 8 ft. Premium Polycarbonate Commercial Greenhouse

We waited to provide feedback until we had a chance to use it for a season. We are very happy with our purchase. We are in farm country and have a lot of land and while there were greenhouses that were less expensive after researching them all we felt the most comfortable with this greenhouse. Due to weather we needed a greenhouse that would be able to sustain harsh climates and temperature changes that we are prone to in the mid-west. We did NOT use it through the winter months but did use it for a season and it worked great. It lasted through almost 90 inches of snow and winds that gust upwards of 80 mph with no issues. Our greenhouse is the 8 foot x 16 foot size and is aluminum in finish and it still is shiny as when we first bought it. Hope this helps someone else that is undecided on what to buy.

Set the greenhouse up a year ago. Just planted our 4th crop. Things have been growing great. We have the watering system and 2 work benches. That have made growing twice as much. Definitely recommend.

Never having assembled something this large before there was a slight learning curve. I relied on the video online for my instructions as well as the owners manual. Having the greenhouse constructed step by step and shown visually made understanding what had to be done very easy. When I contacted the company to ask a couple of questions, the person I talked to was thoroughly knowledgeable and helpful. It is nice to deal with a company that still knows what the term customer service means. Recommend that you run a water line and electrical before you make your foundation. I poured a cement foundation with bolts embedded and put treated 2x4s as a base. Keeping the base square is essential. The product is well thought out and I have already recommended to 2 friends.

We are very pleased with our purchase from Wayfair. The greenhouse manual was easy to follow and use. Assembly took an entire weekend. We bought the 20 foot version.

Gart and Larrys review are basically the same, I can only assume that the others are fake. Sad. You can do better WAYFAIR.

This is one of the best built structures I have worked on in my 15 years as a construction handyman. I liked it so much after setting a Monticello up for a customer I decided to buy one for my family. Our unit is the natural aluminum finish. We are still working out the bugs on how set to grow in a greenhouse but the actual structure is very impressive.

What a great product! We assembled this greenhouse in about 5 hours, no issues! Very sturdy and surprisingly stable give the size. I started with seeds the first of August and I am well on my way to beautiful garden plants and flowers. The automatic vent opener has been a great feature. I'm very happy with the Monticello greenhouse and hope to add a work bench in the Spring. This company is very easy to work with...great customer service!

My husband purchased this greenhouse for my birthday. It is up, not complete yet (no floor yet) but the day after we put it up, we had a wicked storm with high winds, etc...it did very well! It took a while to put together, but he took his time and found that it all went together well as long as you read the instructions. We'll add pictures later, but we love the product!

We set our Monticello greenhouse up a few months ago. It worked great to grow flowers, which is what we purchased it for. We chose the black finish. I am not the type of person to write a review but after the past 2 days with over 80 mph winds from Sandy I had to let others know what a great product this is. My 2 other neighbors have greenhouses that are completely destroyed. One blew away, and the other blew apart. Ours still sits where we set it up on its base with no visible damage. It is amazing!! We had trees go down on our property but the greenhouse held strong.
