After it was posted, I was very surprised that Matthew from Wayfair contacted me to remedy the situation (I really did not expect any response at all, nor did I attempt to contact the company). While the chair still could be better built, I would have to say that the customer service at Wayfair is impeccable. I only wish that all companies are this responsive. Karen from Medway, MA	3.0 12/22/2011 Poor construction The set is beautiful, but there is damage on the chair that was not due to transit. By the time I noticed it, I had already put most of the chair together and had the box completely disassembled, so it is really hard to ship back. The metal on the back of the chair is not put together right... the soldering job was poor and has sharp edges protruding. I will have to figure out how to sandfile it and fix it.
