Product was received with hands that were stuck to each other and so was defective from the start. It was not worth the cost of shipping to send it back for an exchange. We had it repaired at our own cost. The item became rather costly because of this and so needless to say were very unhappy with product. Also we ordered the product in January or February, Paid for it and then did not receive it until the 20th of May(in a defective state)Very sorry for the poor feedback but you need to know these things. Cheers!
