plastic front and sides

This clock is totally plastic. I did not realize the face covering the crystals would be plastic too. It takes only 2 aa batteries and there are NOT 6 batteries included (as stated). It does not chime or play melodies. It is a rather large clock. Just not as impressive as the photos and I fear after time the face will scratch when cleaned because it is plastic only. For 129 it seems like it should not be all plastic.

Happy with clock

Very nice and keeps good time,I have gotten a lot of compliments.the clock is well made and blends well with my dacore.
