The modern-looking Revolution Cycle Pro II has advanced features such as – Direct Drive Resistance System, Emergency Stop Brake System, Adjustable Seats / Handlebars, and Easy Transportation. This revolutionary product is designed for an energetic and challenging workout, and is also adapted to people with different intensity needs. Unlike road bikes, the flywheel does not continue to spin if the rider stops pedaling. The rider slows the flywheel and controls the tension with a “tension knob”. A two-way adjustable seat post allows for a more complete and versatile exercise routine. This seat system was specifically designed for easy movement horizontally and vertically while mounted on the bike during the workout. Adjustable forward positioned handlebars and racing style pedals give the Revolution Cycle Pro II a road bike feel. Get in on one of the most exciting aerobic exercises in the health clubs today.

Direct drive system allows the user to pedal either forward or backward during the workout. The user must use the ""quick stop handle"" which is precisely integrated as an instant brake to immediately stop the flywheel before changing direction or in case of emergency
The ""tension knob” allows the user to regulate the workout intensity. Resistance levels are adaptable for beginners through advanced users
Solid, durable and dependable. Comes with 39.6 lbs balanced flywheel, heat-treated axle, and water bottle
The Revolution Cycle Pro II is bio-mechanically efficient. Adjustments in saddle position and handlebar height can be made while the user is mounted during the workout
The chrome finish saddle mount is both vertically and horizontally adjustable. This allows the saddle to drop down and out of the way to work the inner thigh. Also allows for additional legwork when working off the back of the bike
Heavy-duty brake pad resistance system features oversize, center-pull brake pads controlled by the “tension knob” located conveniently near the handlebar. No other cycle is more solid or stable
Easy Transportation: Wheels in the front for easy movement from location to location
Lock your feet into toe clips and pedals made of the same alloy materials used in ""off-road racing"". Entire chain drive is totally enclosed in a durable drive guard

This bike is very durable. I am 5 3 I can barely make this bike work for me. Im so glad I didnt have to return it, but for anyome under 5 4, you might think twice about this one. A GREAT workout at almost anytime of day for those employees who bike to work, and want to maintain cardio and resistance. Sinus tachycardia from Ottawa, ON	4.0 1/17/2010 Great bike - not so great tools included The bike is good, a bit noisy at high spin but I'm sure some oil can fix the problem. The tools provided with the bike are not sufficient to assemble it completely, you do need your own tools, this sucks because we shouldn't have needed any more than what they provided. Enthusiastic rider from Voorhees,NJ	4.0 12/14/2009 Very good exercise bike for the money! [...]. I was thankful when my kid called me at work and told me Fedex put the box inside my garage. When I got home, I opened the box and moved the bike frame (125 lbs) inside the house myself. Took me about 30 minutes to put it together - very easy. The bike rides smooth and quiet and overall I am pleased. I have two complaints: 1) My arms (I'm 5'8") can't reach the handle bar comfortably, even with the seat all the way forward and 2) the handle bar is way too low, does not allow me to ride even somewhat upright.
