Absolutely love my new steamer. So much better than my shark. The only problem is when it heats up the nozzle has a really weird smell. It doesn't make the steam smell at all so that is good. I don't know if the smell will go away after time, burn off or something. On to the positive. The steamer has awesome pressure and constant steam. I thought that I would be able to fill the tank with it running but I guess I misunderstood because you have to let it cool down completely before putting water in BUT it is top filling which is so much nicer than most others. I recommend it but just be okay with a weird smell.

We originally bought this product because of a bed bug issue we had. This steamer is great for this as it gets super hot, steams for long periods without needing a recharge period, and has many attachments that can maneuver into cracks and crevices. The negative comments that I have read about this product made me a bit nervous when I bought it. But after reading the directions for it, I believe many of those people simply didn't follow the guidelines. So make sure to read the instructions fully before using. I did try it on carpet stains as well, and it worked great, but I was unsuccessful with the cook top stains. Overall I feel this is a really great product for the price.

I use this product to steam clean our curtains, my daughter's stuffed animals/throw pillows when I can't or don't have time to wash them. Easy to use. It's easy enough to use but it tends to get a little heavy when doing larger jobs but that would be the case with any appliance.
