I didn't give it five stars because the measurements were a little off. With the thick leather seat (which makes it very comfortable), the seat is actually about 28" high and not 26". bar stoool lover from rochester, ny	4.0 7/12/2011 Heavy Duty - Sturdy Stools Product Review I was concerned about ordering the stools because it was very hard to see what the material looked like from the swatches. I took a chance and although I'm not thrilled with the color or plasticy feel of the material, they are easy to clean and it will be very easy to slip the material of my choice over it and secure with the screws below the seat. What I love about the stools is that they are very heavy and have great protectors on the bottom so as not to ruin my hardwood floors. We have had small children over who have climbed up on them and they are so heavy that they don't tip. Apart from the material on the seats, these stools are great and well worth the price!!! Service Review The shippping takes about 4-6 weeks which I thought was a long time, but they kept me notified along the way of when they would be shipped. One stool arrived slightly damaged and the customer service was excellent and shipped another out. Was this helpful? Yes / No
