I am quite pleased with my new stools. The contrast of the black against the chrome is very nice to look at and the chairs seem sturdy as well. Seats are pretty firm but I think they just need broke in a bit. The back rest hits in a good spot for support and assembly was pretty straight forward. But BEWARE of the the square metal piece on the bottom of the seat that has to be turned to get the bolts in. I can attest to the fact that it's edges are SHARP as it gave me a nice cut. Overall, we look forward to years of use.

I purchased four stools for a new kitchen island. I was pleased to find that I could order the color and material I desired. I received my order quickly, even with the customizing. The price per stool is outrageous considering the comfort and durability. I will recommend this stool to everyone!

I have purchased six Double Ring Retro Stools, four 30" and two 26". I was disappointed that the seat diameter on the 26" stools was smaller than the 30". Had I known that before ordering I would have ordered 30" Quaility of the stool is excellent.Stool

for the price, you wont get a better product, very sturdy, received it a week before i was told it would arrive. was worth it to upgrade to the premeir vinyl. with out a doubt if your looking for a bar stool or stools this is the one for you. no joke

I made an ordering mistake on my bar stools (after the lovely reps helped me make my choice so kindly and ably) by not managing to measure properly. I was met with such kindness and helpfulness upon calling to own up to my mistake and was given such an inventive fix for MY error. I received my revised product in no time and they are lovely and a real hit. Even if the product were not as wonderful as it is, I would probably re-order from them because the people were so helpful. Took me a bit to figure out the putting together of them, but that is probably mechanical ineptitude on my behalf and not a problem with the bar stools.
