Highly Disappointed in this...

The concept of this treadmill is AWESOME! And it was cute, easy to assemble, and my little ones (4, 6, & 8) were THRILLED to have their very own workout equipment. However, the excitement only lasted for about an hour until we realized that no matter how much we followed the directions to adjust the belt and no matter which child used it, it will continue to slip to the side! We adjusted it according to the directions, they used it for a few minutes, it shifted over again. And when it slips to one side, it's nearly impossible for them to make the belt move. So we fixed it again. Repeat that 10 times in the first day and no one touches this thing anymore! And none of my children weigh more than 60 lbs, so weight shouldn't have been an issue. I wish I had just spent the same money at Walmart to get the cheapest, smallest grown-up version of a treadmill for them! In summary: great concept, but VERY disappointing end result! I'll give it a 2-star though, in case you just like cute kid's toys sitting around for display purposes only!

Love this equipment! We have the treadmill, stationary bike, weight bench, and elliptical glider. A NAEYC trainer said it was good for young children because the didn't have the coordination to manage. Not true! With proper supervision all children who can walk learn to manage. In fact, it builds their strength and large motor skills. The only thing....the cushions on the handles are not durable.

This treadmill looks exactly like the picture, which is great. If you want a manual treadmill for your child this is it, just don't think it's going to be any better than average and you won't be disappointed. It takes a bit of effort for your child to move it, not a truly easy walking experience. The novelty wore off in a week for my son, he now likes to climb on it instead of walk.
Great for kids with special needs

We bought this for our son that has Cerebral Palsy. And he LOVES it!! He is 3 yrs old and climbs all over it. The treadmill is manual so he has to work at making it work. Which is what he needs to be doing. It also has a meter that does work (when correctly plugged in). It measures distance, time, etc. But we don't judge by it. The only down side is that our son managed to chew holes in the foam, so we covered the foam with spiderman duct tape.... problem solved -)
Looks good but not practical!

It's easy to assemble, but my kids 5, 3 ,, could not use probably, it takes a lot of effort to make it work, they got frustrated and stop using it !!
Her own treadmill!

I bought this for my daughter when I got myself one. I didn't want her to try to use mine and hurt herself so now she has hers. It keeps her entertained while I work out. It is a great little toy and she loves it.
