I find it to be a good chair and the massage is good, but not as good as the 10 motor mat I had a few years ago. My problem is my lower back and I need to sit on a pillow to align my back with the lowest massager in the back of the chair. It is nice looking and comfortable just as a chair. A Little Stiff To Get The Leg Rest Down, You Have To Use The Handle & Some Pushing With Your Legs To Get It Down & You Would Want To Make Sure You Look Under The Chair Before Closing If You Have Any Pets!
