The Montpelier dollhouse is an heirloom that will last for generations. This large 10 room, 3 floor dollhouse will provide hours of imaginative fun for your children. This unfinished dollhouse kit requires assembly and finishing and does not include paint, furniture or decorations; the image shown is an example of how your assembled dollhouse could look once painted and finished. The parts used for this dollhouse are pre-cut by expert craftsmen using only high quality materials.

• Choice of Milled MDF, Milled Plywood or Smooth Plywood for exterior wall finishes:
  • Milled MDF has 3/8" Clapboard profile milled into the surface of the exterior walls. This is the quickest and easiest was to own a house with clapboard siding, because it is built-in and ready to paint.
  • Milled Plywood is the same as Milled MDF except the material of the exterior walls and the interior walls are made of plywood
  • Smooth Plywood has smooth exterior walls (no siding or textured profile). Smooth Plywood kits include everything you see in the picture except: clapboard siding, edge trim, shingles and sometimes shutters
• Complete Kit includes everything you need to build as shown (Paint, glue, curtains and any landscaping or furnishings are not included)
• Precision Workmanship - engineered parts pre-cut to really work (Gingerbread (if used) and Trim Strips are supplied in easy to cut lengths)
• Pre-assembled windows and doors
• Wooden shingles for the roof on Milled MDF version
• Smooth Plywood kit does not include shingles, rectangular shingles or octagonal shingles are options for this model
