The only issues I have with it are that you can see the backlight coming from the sides, and I wish the heater was a little quieter. Although, I'm still very happy with my purchase. Was this helpful? I wanted to create the look you see in newer homes where your big screen TV hangs above the fireplace. It looks GREAT! It's exactly what I wanted and it's on everyday. Quality is there. The wood frame is handsome and the flame looks really good. I don't use the heat much because I have central heat, but it works well. Easy to assemble. Service Review Product was delivered promptly and in perfect condition. I have had no problems so far and have not had to call customer service for anything.
