Wayfair gave me the opportunity to choose items to review. I was looking for ramekins and was attracted to this set because of the design. The ramekins hold 9.5 ounces and are good for large desserts or individual dinners. The ramekins, made of porcelain and glazed completely, are light and the sides are nice and thin without being too thin. If properly greased, not much sticks to them. Wayfair gave me the opportunity to review some products and these were one of the items I chose. The quality is very good and I bought this size to match another set I had purchased. The ramekins are light but you know the porcelain will hold up. If greased properly and cleaned shortly after using, clean up won't be a problem. (I made a molten chocolate cake that I didn't wash out until the next day, and even then it wasn't too difficult to wipe them clean.) These are a great set of ramekins, the 10.5 oz size is plenty big to make individual adult portion sizes. I bought 2 sets so I'd have enough for my kids - so I just use more dishes than the recipe calls for and scale back the portions for the kids. These bake evenly and clean up is a snap.
