Turns out, He RUNS to it everytime he comes home, hops on the car and rides all around the house. It is safe for the floor and walls, and does not ruin furniture. It's good looking and super cute, but, it's smaller than I had imagined. That's because it really is for 1 to 3 year olds. I'm glad he has a one-month old little brother to pass it down to. Steering wheel does not turn it, just for holding on. For the price 79 was expecting radio flyer quality. Its all plastic not sold metal I expected from radio flyer. The sounds its suppose to make, are muffled, hard to hear. With the all plastic Im not expecting this to be of the hand me down quality, I expected from radio flyer. Service Review Good.
