About the Designer
With a brand new magazine, a talk show that aired in the fall of 2006, and a cookbook that has held the coveted #1 spot on the New York Times best seller list, Rachael's ascent is only beginning. Your individual style will be showcased through Rachael Ray's collection of vibrant, practical, and unique cookware. Growing up in a family with deep culinary traditions, Rachael Ray claims that cooking is a way of life that she was simply born into. "Everyone on both sides of my family cooks." Ray was exposed to a wide range of cooking techniques, from her maternal grandfather who grew and cooked everything that his family of 12 needed for sustenance, to her dad's family that was steeped in the food-rich traditions of Louisiana. "I was surrounded by all different styles of cooking and worked in the food service industry in just about every capacity you can imagine." After getting her feet wet in the gourmet world of food at Macy's Marketplace in New York, and after assisting in opening Agata & Valentina, Ray decided that the NYC lifestyle was exciting, but not what she wanted long term, so she moved back to the Adirondacks. Once upstate, Ray turned her job at Cowan & Lobel into a dual position as food buyer and chef, jobs that she loved. As a way to increase grocery sales during the holidays, Ray began a series of cooking classes, which quickly became a happening. The cooking course promising to teach thirty "30-Minute Mediterranean Meals" exploded in popularity and eventually led to a long-term relationship with the Food Network, hosting shows such as "Tasty Travels," "$40 a Day," "Inside Dish," and "30-Minute Meals." "My life has been a total accident -- a very happy, wonderful accident that I didn't and couldn't have planned," says Ray. Despite her growing celebrity she is determined to stay grounded and hold on to her down-to-earth values. Rachael Ray's collection of cookware makes the selection process simple by delivering products to you that offer unique colors, function, and value. The different cookware materials that will be found include hard-anodized aluminum, porcelain enamel nonstick, porcelain enamel cast iron, and commercial nonstick. Excellent Bakeware Set
Gloria from Baltimore, MD
This 5 piece bakeware set from Rachael Ray was an excellent purchase. The price was right.....one could never purchase any of these pieces alone at a store for the price we paid for the entire set. I began using them immediately......excellent quality baking pans. The silicone handles makes for easy use. The large, deep pan is worth the price alone. The two rounds ones, titled "cake pans", we have used for baking anything in the oven, not necessarily cakes. The enclosed instructions said to NOT use any cooking spray, so I was reluctant to not use any at all, but no cooking spray was used and the food came out easily without problems.

I love the lip that this set has around the edges, it makes if very easy to remove your cake/ loaf after baking. The baking sheet is also raised which is pretty nice, you don't have to worry about tilting it a little if you need to. the silicone pieces aren't very functional, they do not come to the edge, so you will still need your oven mitts or a towel to remove the pan from the oven, so not a great design feature. The nonstick coating is amazing, didn't need to prep the pan at all, just poured the batter straight into the pan without greasing it! Hope it lasts!

Found out that when remodeling and trying to surprise the wife with a new appliance, always, and I mean always, look in the bottom drawer because I had given away some for her favorite cooking pans. Right on time, as though some higher power were looking out for me, these were on a very, very good sale and I jumped at the opportunity to make up for my error. It was in no time at all that I learned that these surpassed the needs my wife had had in her old cooking things and I almost became the hero in this saga. They are heavy duty and exceptional to use and clean up well.
Good Product not perfect
Kendra from Edmond, OK
This is my second set and the truth is these are as good of bake ware I have been able to find. The rubber orange eventually turns brown from maybe the cooking spray or just being in the oven. Anyway, you can't get it to clean up and look as new. And eventually the nonstick lining gets cuts and scrapes so at that point you will want to put down a liner of foil or wax paper but they serve a purpose and if you are willing to replace them every two or three years its a fine product.

These are the best baking pans I have ever used!! NOTHING sticks! I made five layer lasagna with tons of cheese and the pan wiped out. Also made a glazed pork chop with a sweet glaze that also lifted right out of the pan. The silicone grips really help when taking things out of the oven. Very little or no greasing needed with them. The only adjustment I had to make with these pans is to drop the temp 15-25 degrees and cut a few minutes off the time. Otherwise, perfect!!!!!
Loving this bakeware set

I have not purchased any Rachael Ray bakeware before, and I highly recommend this set. The pieces, for me, are all useful, every one of them!! They wipe clean after every use (really!!!). I replaced some other old, beaten bakeware sets that took forever to clean and never really looked clean. This set is amazing!!

I bought these as part of a blow out deal and they were great for the price. The biggest piece is supposed to be used as a cookie sheet, I think the pan is too deep for that, but they were a great deal for the price.

I bought these as part of a blow out deal and thought they were good quality and a great deal for the price. My only problem is that what I would consider the cookie type sheet is very deep, But they are nice.
Yum-O Bakeware Set
carolyn from houston, TX
I love this set! I needed a set of baking pans at the cabin and these are perfect - easy cleanup, great non-slip handles and perfect baking results. Well beyond expectations as I was accustomed to the cheap-o finish on other brands. I would recommend this set in a heartbeat.

Loved this set. Thought it would be lighter, but very sturdy and so very easy to clean. Have used all of them and nothing stuck to the surface. Would recommend this to anyone looking to update their pans. Well worth every penny spent.
