Terrible design and no support
Ryan from Austin, TX – Verified Buyer
I'll admit, once you get this assembled, it does look good. The design is bad, and the actual implementation of that design is terrible. Very poor quality control. And I emailed the company to get support, and they never responded! I am an MIT engineering major, and yet assembling this thing was non-trivial. 2 main things to note: 1) In step 1 of the instructions, where it shows 2 screws coming up from the bottom of the back vertical piece...those indeed get counter-sunk into that piece, and you will need a very longnarrow screwdriver to reach the heads to screw them into place. 2) When assembled and fully loaded, if you move it wrong, that backbottom piece could break off. It's a terrible design. Probably okay if not a lot of weight on it but if loaded with heavy components, it's precarious. This company clearly has no focus on either customers or product.

The issue with this audio rack was that the back panel that rests on the floor and came apart causing the rack to fall back and damage my 32" television. The TV screen was cracked. I am now stuck with no TV and a audio rack that has a back panel that is useless. Needless to say I am very disappointed!! Seems as though that back panel (the one that touches the floor) should have been another "leg" instead of a flat panel. That would have given the audio rack more support. All of this aside I have been VERY pleased with my purchases from Wayfair.
Good Basic AV Stand
Joe from Alexandria, MN
This is a very good basic audio rack system which is great for placing our 42" on the top glass shelf. The black glass does scratch easily so care needs to be taken during assembly and when positioning components. The biggest complaint I have for the product is the assembly instructions... almost non-existent. The one that came in the box was very very poorly written and difficult to figure out. I resorted to downloading one that was shown as part of the product display online. It helped some, but was still not complete in the assembly instructions. Once assembled, it's a very attractive, solid, and functional stand and we like it very much.
Great item- one you figure out how to assemble

Shelf is great - very sturdy. It looked beautiful after it was assembled and like it cost a lot more. Unfortunately, there are many small, individual parts required to assemble this shelf and they were not clearly labeled. The written assembly instructions and photos need to be expanded and clarified. We also thought we were missing parts because there were photos of pieces in the instructions that werent in the box. Be sure to have some different gauge allen wrenches handy as well.
Just don't use the instructions
Old Codger from Brick, NJ
This unit looks real good once assembled - just do not use the instructions. They will put you off looking for things that are not there - like studs for the rear shelf hangers are replaced with brackets not shown. The new brackets are centered and use a #1 or #2 Phillips to mount and a small flat-tip set screw to hold the shelf. Neither of the 2 included tools were used or needed. A long #2 or #3 Phillips is needed for the bottom panel.

Good sturdy shelf, looks good. Bad design for base of cable rack in back. Had to improvise so it would not fall off. Not secured well with bolts supplied
Richard Deon from Dover Plains, NY – Verified Buyer
Clean simple design, glass survived the shipping. This piece is the perfect size, not too big. Instructions vary as to exact hole positions and list of parts. This is not a big challenge to overcome.
Sturdy and elegant!
wkiskyd from Madison, WI
Really nice rack that complements my home theater set up perfectly. It has a sturdy, heavy construction, yet very sleek looking. I am using 4 of the 5 racks for my components. There are holes in the back of the stand for cables, which is neat. Best part is, I bought this rack for a steal! I'm so so happy with this purchase, will buy again.
could be stronger
Wilma from Medical Lake, WA – Verified Buyer
This is a good item now that we reinforced the bottom of the back brace. Putting several pieces of audio equipment on it in a compact space is nice and having cords be corralled through the openings makes for neatness. Looks pretty classy.
Great looking audio rack
Brian H from Dallas TX – Verified Buyer
Great looking audio rack, very sturdy and solid. The assembly process and instructions were lousy though. The first part of the assembly was the most awkward, but once you're through that, it's pretty smooth sailing.
