Delivery and everybody there on the phone was great!!

Bought this rack for my hubby as a surprise for the billiard area in our newly finished basement. We couldn't be more pleased with the rack, it's storage, the quality, etc. It is perfect for the space and our decor. My only caution is that the hardware included was not sufficient to hang the rack securely on the wall and he had to supplement it with some of our own. Not a deal breaker by any means, just worth mentioning.

We were looking for a cue rack that was different from all the wood ones that are out there. This rack looked nice, had some neat styling with accents, and matched our decor. It is small enough to fit in a little nook that we had set aside for it in our remodel. Easy to put together and install. Still love it. Get compliments at its uniqueness.One thing missing which is minor - would love it if it had a clip to hold my bridge. Will get a clip from [...] to make do.
