This lamp is not as shown. The crisp red and green colors are not there. It is a marbled color that detracted from the overall look and be careful. The upward direction of the light will not provide a very bright light.

I ordered two of these lights. The actual light doesn't have as vibrant of colors as what is pictured, but I'm hopeful that once they are installed they will be beautiful nontheless.

Although the glass is actually plastic, this looks like the real thing when installed. The colors are muted and subtle and very beautiful. Easy to install.

I noticed after I had ordered that a previous customer pointed out the following: The picture on the web does not even come close to what is delivered. The picture shows reds and what you receive has no reds, another customer decribed this issue perfectly. I did not contact Wayfair because the previous customer said it was a waste of time. I have to buy 8 more light fixtures that I will not purchase from them.
Colors Wrong; Quoizel Uncooperative

I bought this product from another online source, but the issue is with the manufacturer, Quoizel. If you order this fixture, would you expect the shade to have red and green insets, as say, is pictured? The shade I got had not a single red element, a few green ones, and the rest of the insets were a kind of a mottled pale green/orange. See included photo.I contacted Quoizel for just a replacement shade that had at least a bit of red in it. The customer reps I spoke with agreed that was reasonable, I went ahead and had an electrician install the fixture, and then the Quoizel supervisor got back to me saying "colors vary" in Tiffany glass, and "I get what I get". They weren't going to open various boxes to find one that looked like the picture. So, do none of the shade's look like the one pictured? Quality control evidently is not their burden.The fixture had been [...] already installed. To return the whole thing would have meant paying an electrician to have it taken down [...].Buyer beware about Quoizel products and their commitment to customer service.
