works ok but hard to program at first.not the best materials used in making it,using it for now well see how long it lasts.also not happy you can can only program on the hour,no half hour or 15min.

Unfortunately, you have to restart the sequence every time it runs out of food (doesn't run perpetually), but it is a useful tool and guarantees a uniform allotment of food that is distributed during each feeding time. Creative and useful. Thanks!

Wonderful. Press 'start now' every time you refill. Make sure the lid can't be moved by pet before first rotation.

The programming could be made easier, it's not rocket science, but it takes some thought. I did a test before I left it with the cats and put paper/times in the slots to make sure I understood how it worked. Seems to be reliable.

The locking mechanism is too stiff for my wife's hands, and the clock was took a couple of tries to figure out, but otherwise it works great.

Bought this product for when I go out of town for work. Set it out after receiving it to get my cat used to it and for the first couple if days it never cycled. After resetting everything, it began working. Nervous that it wouldn't work I overflowed his bowl, just in case! After coming back from my trip his bowls were empty and this feeders containers were all full. The auto feeder never cycled!!!! Not a dependable product.

This feeder works well. It is hard to program the feeding times, but so far the cat hasn't been able to break in.

Instead of asking a neighbor to feed my cats while away for a few days, I bought this. Wow - what a stress relief. It works great and the cats can be fed two meals per day (for three days) or one meal for six days. I bought two of these (one for each cat). It has been great so far and it is nice to not have to ask someone to feed them.

The dish works fine as long as you don't want to change the program in the middle of a cycle. It starts at dish 1 no matter what.

Bought this for my 3 cats and they have responded to it very well. Easy to set up and clean. I have it programmed for once a day to open while I am at work. Timer works as described. Recording is nice. When I feed them when I am home they come running when they hear their dishes so I recorded the same sound on this and they had no trouble getting used to it. Just wish it had an ice pack storage compartment to keep wet food cold. I would recommend. Also very fast delivery!!
