The hand-held is handy for rinsing hair and washing out the tub. The body jets are a novelty that we don't use much but nice to use occasionally. Was this helpful? Yes / No

I had tried other hand-held shower system but nothing compare to this product. Material, workmanship, finishing, packing and even delivery (before due date) is something very delightful with "wayfair" and mostly not in existence in other places. Just make sure you have few feet of Teflon tape and/or plumbers' putty before you start installation, as these items are not included. Have been using this showerhead for about two weeks now and makes having to get up in the morning a lot nicer! Unlike the question/answer on the listing...
