A very nice looking chest and a good size. However, two of the drawers were stuck and almost impossible to move in and out because the track had bumps in the metal. Thought I was going to lose my mind trying to correct the problem. Eventually got both drawers working after much aggravation! Also several scratches along tops of drawers. Would not purchase again.

I use this chest in my foyer. It is even better in person.

I was looking to compliment my new headboard with two smaller chests and these fit the bill. The chests are a perfect fit and were a great price. The drawers fit a good amount of clothes and/or books and such. They were easily assembled (just put "feet" on)and as for the finish-I don't consider the finish to be distressed, but it is not as high gloss as it looks in the picture. For the price it rocks.

I use this as a Wayfair in my apartment's entry way. It is not as shinny as in the pic. Very beautiful piece that provides great storage. This could even be used in a bedroom.

[...]There is minimal assembly required. The four bun feet screw in with very little effort. The drawers are on glides and the construction is what you'd expect from furniture in this price range(the drawers aren't dovetailed and there seems to be MDF used for example). The look is available in high-end catalogues for two to three times the price. It's a roomy, substantial storage piece for the money which I intend to use as a bedside chest.

The product has scratches on all the drawers and the actual frame itself including the top also.
