When I searched for a table on the web site, this table came up under 'round glass tables'. The photo looks like a round table, but I apparently did not read the description closely enough. It says it is a "round bar height" table in the main description, but later describes it as a "round square" table... I'm not sure where the "round" part comes from. It is a SQUARE glass-top table. We purchased this for our vacation home because we liked the antique look but wanted a new, sturdy table. The metal top and drawers on the table are very well made. The barstools are interesting with wood, metal and natural cord and are quite heavy and solid. This is a high quality, well made set. So this is a round tabletop, yet the edges are very sharp! I suppose this is one way to retrain myself to keep my elbows off the table, but annoying nonetheless. Its a really attractive set, and the faux marble tabletop (while obviously not real marble) looks nice and hides stains. It was super easy to put the table together, but the stools were annoyingly difficult. Im giving it 4 stars for looks and because its exactly what I wanted for my small dining room space, but Id say the cons are that the table edge (if a round table can have edges) is too sharp and the stools are difficult to put together and then seem to need tightening every so often. I would cautiously recommend this set to a friend, but I would warn them of the few negatives first. Im still trying to figure out a way to make the edge of the table less painful for my arms to rest on."..."  Read more

The dining set is perfect for a small space, such as a condo/apartment. Table and chairs feel solid. the finish with the rustic features are nice; however, I question the durability of the finish against scratches. The stools are comfortable and are at the perfect height for this pub height table. The wine rack and drawers underneath are perfect for that extra storage (handy for small places with limited cupboards) Overall, I'm very satisfied with this purchase."..."  Read more
