This arrived very quickly and was not too burdensome to put together. It did take 3 of us to turn the table to its upright position after assembling. Base is heavy but provides stability for the table. My only concern is no matter how clean your hands are - fingerprints are left on the chairs. It looks like your fingers leave a "greasy" print. I am constantly trying to get these prints off - most seem to be able to remove, but already (I've had this item for about 2 weeks) some are permanent. Not happy about this. Same thing goes for the chrome on the legs of the chairs & the table. It doesn't seem to polish up well once touched (impossible because of the work to put together). I'm going to look into something else to clean them with - hopefully this helps."..." Read more

The table and chairs are lovely. However, there are slight problems with the manufacturing, which caused problems in assembling both the chairs and the table. The bottom of the chair cushions do not have any places for the screws, which causes problems in aligning the cushion on the base of the chair. One of the legs of the table was not threaded and therefore would not allow for the ball screw to be inserted. (However, a new leg was shipped and although there was still a problem with aligning the new leg at least the ball screw was able to be inserted and all looks great)."..." Read more
