Pub Tables & Sets

I was a fence sitter for about 6 months looking at all the reviews I could find for this 3 piece Boraam Augusta Pub Set. I liked the reviews from this site and decided to buy it. First, I am 6'/210 and the table is the right height when sitting. I find myself standing by it alot reading or conversing. I like the little details this table has to offer like the beading that goes around the table on the side and the claw feet. The padding on the seat is okay for me. I'm not sitting on it very long. The table top is also nicely done (the best I can describe it would be to say it's cut into pie pieces and all inlaid on top). It makes for a very attractive top. Second, I like the price. I thought because it was discounted so much that it was a mediocre set but I was dead wrong. This set is very nice and compliments my leather sofa and recliner also in cappuccino. If you are having difficulty making up your mind on this set all I can say is that it is very good looking and it's well worth the money. The packaging is among the best I have seen. Everything was well protected and came with the exact amount of parts needed. I would suggest using a socket when tightening the nuts although it's not needed just makes assembly go by faster. Wayfair was excellent in shipping it to me. After placing my order I had the set in three days. In the picture the chairs look darker than the table but in reality they are closer to the same color with the table just a tad darker. I’d been looking for a small and attractive pub set in black, and after a long search, this one seemed perfect. I just received the set last week. The table and stools arrived separately; the stools arriving three days after the table. The table was easy to assemble, but the stools were a little more complicated. I assembled everything on my own. The table is true black. The stools, however, are very “distressed”, and look like they have red racing stripes along all the edges. This makes them appear as though the table and stools aren’t really a set. I wish the table was also distressed, or that the stools were also true black. Purchased this table as we moved into a new house and had a couple extra bar stools. Shopped around locally and couldn't find anything under $600. Saw this table on Wayfair, it looked to match the color and styling of our poker table. Was pleasantly shocked at the quality of the table based on the price. Do not hessitate to purchase. We have been trying to sell our house and took some advice from our realtor who suggested we declutter and make our back sunroom a defined area. We moved most of the furniture out and my hunt began for the perfect pub table. We are Irish, so we wanted it to look authentic. I found some other pub tables, but they didn't seem like they would be sturdy. I have 3 little ones (4, 3, 2) and need something that can stand a beating from them. [...] I put the table together in about 15 minutes. The chairs required a little more patience and strengh. There just seemed to be so many parts, but I did with. I just needed my husband to tighten one nut. Once they were together we put them in the perfect spot. They are amazing!!! The girls climb on them and I dont have to worry about tipping. Our realtor stopped over and fell in love with them. When i told him what we paid, he was amazed.
