To use my partition/kitchen counter for buffet meals or to lay out snacks and hors'douvres, I must move stools out of the way so folks can get up to the counter. Prior to buying this table, my stools could not be used for eating because the counter is the only height for them. Now, with this table, the stools don't go to waste and this table can be used for extra dining. In between parties, I keep it on the deck with a plant and candle and it looks fantastic. I love the glass top with green sides. This is a beautiful, elegant table, yet it's not delicate or fragile. This table is great for extra dining space; it would also be great, with appropriate stools, for a couple who has limited dining space."..."  Read more

We bought this table for our kitchen along with 2 modern chairs. We usually keep it at normal table height, but like the idea that we can raise or lower the table as needed. A pro/con is that the table is very difficult to raise/lower, which on one hand is good because it keeps us from accidentally raising or lowering the table while we're eating at it, but on the other hand, only my husband can lower it. I can raise it, but don't have the leverage to push down on it enough to lower it (especially when its at full bar height). Because its such a shiny surface, it picks up grease marks pretty easily. The cleaning instructions say not to use any harsh cleaning products on it. So far I've used mild dish soap/water and clorox green works. Neither of those seem to have hurt the finish. Over all we love the way this table looks and eat at it for breakfast and dinner. It doesn't fit much more than 2 plates and 2 cups, but it works perfectly for us."..."  Read more

When I purchased this table I misread the dimensions and misunderstood the product name, and didn't realize how short it was - it's not a bar or counter height table, you need to use standard dining chairs with it. For my high-end, modern but small condo I was looking for 2 small square bar tables that can be put next to each other for larger surface area when needed. These work very nicely, look good, and are priced quite low comparing to any other similar options, especially as square bar tables are hard to find. I'm using the black 24"x24" surface which looks quite modern. Only the corners are a bit rounded. The table has adjustable legs to fix any wobbling, but could be little more sturdy. The surface of one of them doesn't sit completely straight and slightly leans to one side, I plan to look into fixing this later."..."  Read more
