The mat fit perfectly into a regular cookie sheet and it's so much easier to clean the mat than clean a pan. You can just flop the mat into the dishwasher and you're golden. I was going through tons of parchment paper which gets expensive. This cuts down on my waste when I cook and works just as well as parchment. I can't wait to get more silicone baking supplies.
